I did it!

Today I got on the scale and told it to "SHUT. UP!" I was stoked when I saw that I was one pound lighter than I was when Brett and I got married! "I did it" was all I could think over and over again. I'm 21 pounds lighter than I was when I got pregnant with both of my girls.

My feet didn't lose much weight, so it's fine that they're cut off. :)

I'm stoked! I'm super proud of my accomplishment. I still planning on losing 15 more pounds, but this was a HUGE milestone for me.  

So how did I do it? Good, old-fashioned calorie counting and exercise. Nuring helped me burn somewhere around 500 calories a day. So I ate pretty bad and still lost weight. It was nice. But a few months ago I stopped nursing and started the Slim-Fast diet. I LOVE it. It has definitely worked and I love the taste. I work-out every day (with the exception of Sunday). My main workout is Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred. If you need a fast/intense workout- this is for you! It's only 20 minutes and KICKS BUTT. Sometimes I also do Pilates or Yoga (which I love). 

Brett has also made some HUGE strides in his weightloss, but I'll let him tell you about it in a few more weeks.
