Who doesn't love a good chicken salad?
This was super easy and is my new go-to chicken salad recipe.
It has mayo (I used less than what was recommended), chives, celery, apple and grapes.
I never would have thought that such a combo would be so delicious!
I got the recipe HERE.
Eat it on some lettuce and it's a great low-cal lunch or dinner. I actually liked it better on the lettuce because you can really taste the different flavors rather than the overpowering flavor of bread.
(I'm not really sure how many calories are even in this, but I just guesstimated depending on how much chicken I ate.)
We ate it with pickles on the side. Yum! I've already made this 3 times since last week.
I go through a cycle at the beginning of each "new start." The first two days are good and then the third day I am having sugar withdrawals and the BAKE MONSTER wants to come out SO bad. I seriously stopped following friends food boards because looking at delish desserts to make is just pure torture.
How do you handle cravings??

I weighed in today and didnt gain or lose! Argh. On a positive note I have been way more active, but I still have a lot of work to do in the eating department. I wish I knew how to curb cravings, I guess work on my self-control and find a replacement...easier said than done!
