WOW... That was BAD. Sorry. But we're BACK and weighing in again! Since the last time we weighed in we've only lost a total of 2 lbs, making our loss a total of 16 lbs, totaling to 71 more to go by April. Might not make that goal, but we're stil working towards it.

Good for you for still losing!! It's hard to get past the holidays and not gain, but you two lost! ROCK ON! I think that even if you don't make it to your goal you both are doing so awesome. It's all a matter of work towards the goal. :)

I'm so proud of you guys for doing this and for what you've already lost. It's hard to lose weight! You guys are an insperation! Jarom and I decided it's time to get our health on track again too. We've gained lots since we first got married and before we have our second little one I'm hoping to lose some myself. So you're not alone.
My mom and dad found an awesome book that sheds the fat. I don't know if you're interested, but if you are It's called "Crack the fat loss code" by Wendy Chan. It's basically training your body to burn fat like crazy. It's amazing! My mom and dad are in their 50's and my mom lost 2 dress sizes in just 3 months at the age of 55!! Seriously awesome!! I want to try it soon.

I suggest walking. EVERY day. It's been a big help to me. I lost 34 lbs last year by walking every day and NOT eating after 7 p.m. MOST days. Also by weighing DAILY and posting my weight EVERY DAY on my blog. Helped me stay accountable.
Now that you are preggers, it's even more important to stay healthy ... it will help your body bounce back after the baby.
